Are you eating because you are idle with no plan of what to do? Are you eating because you are bored and there is no other way to entertain yourself? In this case, your attention is divided and you have to do whatever it is right away. 7- Do not eat while you are busy with something else : Reading while you eat or watching TV while you eat will only make you overeat. It is hard to concentrate equally when you multi-task so you tend to concentrate more on the other activity while you shovel down spoonfuls of food down your throat mindlessly.
